Contact Protocol for Students

In accordance to the crew’s division of tasks and with respect to everyone’s workload and time invested to DAI, please find below who to (not) contact when and for what.

Please take notice that in principle crew and students meet and communicate as much as possible during the DAI gatherings on location. Seeking direct contact with crew members outside of DAI Confluences should only happen 1. upon invitation, 2. upon emergencies /urgencies that cannot be delayed.

Personal Coaching at DAI:

* In-space is a supportive thinking space to reflect on issues around each student's own and others’ experiences as a member of the DAI community. This is an organic process where all students can explore their concerns about race, gender, sexuality, mental health, culture and beyond. In-space is confidentially guided by Wanderley Santos.

In 2023-2024 he is assisted by Gabriel Acevedo who will take care of practicalities and schedule all appointments.

*Once per academic year, following their Kitchen presentation, every first year student at the DAI is scheduled for a one-on-one meeting of one full hour with artistic director | head of programGabriëlle Schleijpen. Planning Gabriëlle & Peter ( please write to both) . (If second year students need to share or discuss an urgent or sensitive, or joyful (!) issue of importance to your study and general wellbeing, you are most welcome to contact her and ask for an ad hoc additional (IRL or online )meeting).
